Tiny Toon Adventures: Buster Busts Loose!

Tiny Toon Adventures: Buster Busts Loose! Konami at full power. Buster dashes, slides and dropkicks through a western train robbery and a sci fi stage, and then there's a football level where you juke an entire defense of Perfectos. Every stage is built like its own cartoon episode instead of a level, and Konami never phoned in a single one of them.
