Best: Tetris (NES)
Worst: Friday the 13th (NES)
I own several games from 1989 that could compete for the best, Mega Man 2 included, and Tetris still beats all of them. It's the one game from that year people who don't play games can sit down and play right now.
Friday the 13th puts you on the same brown trail between the same six cabins, throwing rocks at wolves and waiting on Jason. The game has little to do with the movie.
