Street Fighter III: Double Impact

5. Street Fighter III: Double Impact, Dreamcast (2000) The best looking 2D fighting game ever made and nobody can tell me otherwise. Hand drawn animation that still holds up 25 years later, a brand new roster with Alex, Dudley, and Ibuki, and parrying, where perfect timing lets you block a super and take nothing at all. Capcom rebuilt the genre from the ground up.
