Impossible matchups No. 15 Final Fantasy III (SNES) vs. Mortal Kombat II (Sega Genesis) Both came out in 1994, and neither one has anything in common with the other except that. One still gets called the best Final Fantasy ever made. The other still gets called the best Mortal Kombat. Which one was the better 1994 game?

Mortal Kombat II or Killer Instinct? Killer Instinct was supposed to be the Mortal Kombat killer. It got a sequel on the N64 and then Rare was done with it. MKII is number two on my all time fighting games list. Killer Instinct is number nine. Which one was the better fighting game?
2. Mortal Kombat II, Sega Genesis (1994) Everything the first one was missing. Bigger roster, better fatalities, Kitana and Mileena and Scorpion and Sub-Zero all in their prime, and secret characters half the kids at school swore they had found. This is the peak of the entire franchise and nothing since has come close.
