Best and Worst Games I own: 1993 Best: Street Fighter II Turbo (SNES) Worst: Mario is Missing! (SNES) Not only is Turbo the best Street Fighter ever made, it's also the best fighting game ever made. This is the version where Capcom put it all together on the SNES. You finally got playable bosses and mirror matches at home, and the speed setting turned it into a different game than the one that came out the year before. 1993 is one of the best years in gaming history. Mortal Kombat, Secret of Mana, Star Fox, Jungle Strike all came out that year and Street Fighter II Turbo is better than all of them. One of the worst games not only of 1993, but of all time, is Mario is Missing! You walk around as Luigi asking people geography questions. It has Mario's name on it but this is in no way an actual Mario game. Nintendo put their name on it too, and what you actually got was a school assignment somebody charged full price for.
